What Can You do?

Just a few weeks after returning from a year long deployment in Iraq these men are made to return.

One issue affecting these soldiers is the military policy of "Don't ask, don'e tell." If the military would allow gay and lesbian soldiers to serve as they want to do their service would create less of a burden on the others. This story also makes a mockery of George Bush's statements about his "family values". This war is putting intolerable strain on soldiers families.

America, make your choice and make it now. Either bring the military home NOW, or begin the draft of the 1-2 million troops needed to "finish the job". I don't support the latter, but its is time to crap or get off the pot.

roamer in mich,

are you going to volunteer to go before the draft begins?

I already did my duty by registering for the draft when I was 18. If they want to draft 40+ somethings, I'll go, but I don't volunteer for imperialist occupations. Do you? If you're worried about you or your child being drafted, you'd better get active before its too late.
