this is a sort of completely off topic response (more than sort of) but i have been reading your blog and i found mention of heller's catch 22... being a big fan of the book and never having served in any military operation (though i am an avid devourer of any and all military history) i'd be interested if you had anything to say about it. anything at all. maybe make a post about it. for some reason i'm especially curious if any sizable percentage of people you served with have read the book...
